Due to the films have large sand, stone and other Impurities (about 50-60%). So it will be broken the crusher blade, Reduce the life of the blade. So about this problem, we make a solution:
- Adopt the hydraulic packing shearing machine, which will pack the films, and cutting as the size of 150-200mm. each pack cuts 5-7 knife.
- Then going to belt conveyor, the belt conveyor has melt detector.
- After belt conveyor, it has roller screen, make the films loose, the waste sand, stone can take out when on roller screen. After entering the sanding machine, through high-speed rotation, a mesh hole is provided in the barrel to discharge some small debris, silt and small metal,
- and then enter the crusher. At this time, the material contains about 10% of sediment.
Reduced wear on crushers and Blades.
- The material after crusher, it goes to high speed friction washer, then going to floating washer machine.
- The film material stretch in the water, with four rollers to stay more time in the water, than the dirty material will be down on the tank , then go into low speed friction machine.
- further cleaning, into the next level rinse tank cleaning and separation,
- spiral feeding plastic into the extruder, the extrusion material is in a semi-plastic state, the water is about 7-8%, through the air sent to the storage room for natural evaporation water
- After the granulation, it was fed with a side feeding and two-stage filtration, and the water ring was pelletized.
We can supply the capacity from 300-2000kg/h.
After washing ,the material goes into film squeezing machine ,or pelletizing extruder. We both can supply these two machines.
